By downloading, installing, or using the IndemniFR application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Service Description
IndemniFR is a severance, conventional termination, final settlement and unemployment benefit (ARE) calculator based on French labor law. The App also offers AI analysis of payslips and dismissal letters, Macron scale, collective agreement comparison, notice and vacation compensation.
Important disclaimer: Results are purely indicative and do not constitute legal advice. Calculations are based on legal minimum indemnities. Collective agreement comparisons are provided for informational purposes only. Consult a lawyer or legal advisor for any specific situation.
2. In-App Purchases
IndemniFR offers in-app purchases:
One-time purchases (non-recurring):
- Essential (4.99 € / $4.99): No ads, net salary calculation, PDF export.
- Dossier (9.99 € / $9.99): Essential + 40 AI payslip analysis pages (valid 30 days) + detailed report.
Consumable purchase (rechargeable):
- 15 Pages Pack (4.99 € / $4.99): 15 additional AI analysis pages, valid 30 days after purchase. Available for Dossier and Pro users. Can be purchased multiple times.
Auto-renewable subscription:
- Pro (14.99 € / $14.99 per month): Dossier + 100 AI pages/month, collective agreements, priority support.
The Pro subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are done from your Apple or Google account settings.
AI analysis credits:
AI analysis pages expire 30 days after being granted (or at the end of the subscription period for Pro users). Unused pages at the expiration date are lost and do not roll over. Each analysis processes a maximum of 5 payslip pages. 3 free pages are offered to every new user.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the relevant platform.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are the exclusive property of Chanel Services, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is". Amounts displayed may differ from your actual rights depending on your collective agreement, exact seniority and personal situation. The App is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Vienne (Isère), France.
