Frequently Asked Questions

The app doesn't detect my guitar sound

Make sure you have granted microphone access in your device settings. Also try playing in a quiet environment and bringing your guitar closer to the microphone.

The tuning doesn't seem accurate

Accuracy depends on your device's microphone quality and the sound environment. Avoid noisy locations and make sure no other sound sources are interfering with the detection.

How do I restore my purchases?

Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google account. If you switch devices, sign in with the same account and your purchases will be automatically restored. On iOS, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings.

How do I request a refund?

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. To request a refund:

The app crashes or freezes

Please ensure your device is running the latest operating system version. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall TuneCraft (your purchases will be restored automatically).

How do I remove ads?

The free version shows ads at launch and on certain screens. To permanently remove them, purchase the Plus (3.99 €) or Pro (8.99 €) plan. These are one-time purchases — no subscription. Ads are removed immediately after purchase.

What is the free Pro trial?

On first launch, you can activate a free 3-day Pro trial to test all premium features (temperaments, ear training, stroboscope, etc.). No payment is required and the trial does not auto-renew. It is available only once per device.

Can I temporarily unlock a feature?

Yes. When trying to access a premium feature, you can choose to watch a rewarded video to temporarily unlock it (15 minutes to a few hours depending on the feature). This is limited to 5 videos per session.

  • iOS: Requires iOS 13.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone and iPad.
  • Android: Requires Android 5.0 (API 21) or later.
  • Permissions: Microphone access is required for tuning functionality.
  • Internet: Not required for tuning and metronome. Connection needed for ads (free version) and in-app purchases.
