Are the amounts accurate?

IndemniFR calculates legal minimum indemnities per the French Labour Code (articles L1234-9, R1234-2, L1235-3). Actual amounts may vary based on your collective agreement. Consult a lawyer for your specific situation.

Is my data saved?

Calculators work 100% locally: calculations are done in RAM and erased on close. For AI analysis, payslip images are sent encrypted for analysis but are not retained after processing. Only your credits and subscription level are stored anonymously.

What is the difference between dismissal and conventional termination?

Dismissal is a unilateral decision by the employer (with a minimum 8-month seniority). Conventional termination is a mutual agreement between employer and employee, with no minimum seniority requirement. Both entitle you to a legal indemnity.

What is the Macron scale?

The Macron scale sets the floor and ceiling amounts for labor court compensation in cases of dismissal without real and serious cause. It varies by seniority and company size (fewer than 11 or 11+ employees).

What happens when my credits expire?

AI analysis credits expire 30 days after being granted (or at the end of the subscription period for Pro). Unused credits are lost and do not roll over. You'll receive a notification in the app when your credits are about to expire.

How do I buy more pages?

If you have a Dossier or Pro plan, you can buy a Pack of 15 additional pages for 4.99 € / $4.99. This pack can be purchased multiple times and credits are valid for 30 days. Go to the AI Analysis tab in the app to buy a Pack.

How many pages per analysis?

Each AI analysis can process up to 5 payslip pages. A payslip is typically 2-3 pages, so a single analysis is enough to process 1-2 complete payslips.

How do I restore my purchases?

Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID or Google account. If you switch devices, sign in with the same account and your purchases will be automatically restored.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

The Pro subscription is managed from your device settings. On iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments and subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

  • iOS: iOS 15.0 or later.
  • Android: Android 5.0 (API 21) or later.
  • Internet: Not required for calculators. Connection needed for purchases and AI payslip analysis.
