Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Chanel Services ("we", "our", "us") handles information in connection with the IndemniFR mobile application ("the App").

1. Data Collection

IndemniFR applies a minimal data collection policy. Calculators operate entirely locally, while premium features (AI analysis) require server-side processing:

  • No personal data: No names, emails, phone numbers, or personal identifiers collected.
  • Analytics and stability: Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymized crash reports to improve app stability. Firebase Analytics records anonymized usage events (screen views, purchases). Collection is disabled in development mode. Anonymized purchase events are also sent to Google Analytics via RevenueCat.
  • Local calculations: Calculators (dismissal, conventional termination, Macron scale, final settlement) run entirely in RAM. No calculation data is sent to any server.
  • Anonymous authentication: For premium features (AI analysis of payslips and dismissal letters, credits), an anonymous identifier is created via Firebase Authentication. No sign-up or email is required. This identifier is only used to manage your AI analysis credits.
  • Credit storage: Your AI analysis credits and subscription level are stored in Firebase Firestore (European servers, europe-west1 region). No payslip data entered is retained after processing.
  • Analysis logs: An anonymized log (timestamp, page count, anonymous identifier) is stored in Firebase Firestore for each AI analysis performed, for billing and abuse detection purposes. No payslip content is stored in these logs.
  • No location: The App does not access your location.

2. Permissions

The App may request access to your camera and photo gallery for the AI payslip analysis feature. These permissions are only requested if you use this feature. Billing permission (Google Play / App Store) is used for in-app purchases.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Billing / App Store: For in-app purchase processing. We have no access to your payment data.
  • RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes an anonymous identifier linked to your store account, with no personal data.
  • Firebase (Google): Anonymous authentication, credit storage (Firestore), anonymized analysis logs (Firestore), AI analysis processing (Cloud Functions), anonymized crash reports (Crashlytics) and anonymized usage events (Analytics). Data is hosted in Europe (europe-west1). Payslip images are transmitted encrypted for analysis and are not retained after processing.

4. Data Retention

Data entered in calculators exists only in RAM during your session. Credits, subscription level and anonymized analysis logs are stored in Firebase Firestore for the lifetime of your anonymous account. Payslip images sent for AI analysis are processed in real time and are not retained after analysis. Crash reports (Crashlytics) are retained for 90 days by Google.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a company based in France, we fully comply with the GDPR. The only data processed server-side is the anonymous Firebase identifier, AI analysis credits and anonymized analysis logs. No directly identifiable data (name, email, phone) is collected.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of all your server-side data (anonymous identifier, credits, analysis logs) by contacting us at support.indemnifr@chanelservices.fr. Your data will be deleted within 30 days. You may also uninstall the app, which removes all data stored locally on your device.

Data protection authority: CNIL, France.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
