1. Service Description

Clarify IA is a mobile application that allows you to photograph administrative mail and get a simplified explanation using artificial intelligence. The application is published by Chanel Services, a French sole proprietorship.

2. Important Disclaimer

The analyses provided by Clarify IA are purely informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice in any way. They do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Chanel Services cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on analyses provided by the application.

3. In-App Purchases

Clarify IA offers the following plans:

• Free : 5 credits per month
• Standard : 4,99 €/month — 30 credits per month + response generation + automatic reminders
• Premium : 9,99 €/month — 80 credits per month (roll over 2 months) + Duo mode + unlimited archiving
• Premium annual : 79,99 €/year
• Pack of 5 credits : 1,99 € — one-time purchase, stackable

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The Clarify IA application, its source code, design and content are the property of Chanel Services. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI analysis may contain errors or inaccurate interpretations. Clarify IA is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. The user is solely responsible for verifying information and actions taken following an analysis.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of abusive, fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
