Q: How does Clarify IA work?
Take a photo of your administrative mail or import it from your gallery. The app extracts text via OCR (directly on your device), then artificial intelligence analyzes it and provides a clear explanation, actions to take and deadlines to meet.
Q: Is my data safe?
Yes. OCR works entirely on your device (no image is sent). Text is processed transiently by our cloud service and is never stored on our servers. Your history is encrypted locally on your phone.
Q: How many free credits do I get?
The free plan includes 5 credits per month (1 credit = 1 AI analysis or 1 response generation). The counter resets automatically each month. For more credits, upgrade to Standard (4.99 EUR/month, 30 credits) or Premium (9.99 EUR/month, 80 credits). You can also buy a pack of 5 credits for 1.99 EUR anytime.
Q: Which countries are supported?
Clarify IA is optimized for administrative mail from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec and Germany. The AI adapts its explanations to the administrative context of each country.
Q: Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in French and English. AI analysis supports 11 languages: French, English, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, German, Polish and Chinese.
Q: What if OCR doesn't work well?
Make sure the mail is well-lit, flat and fully visible in the frame. Avoid shadows and reflections. You can also scan multiple pages for long letters.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your account settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
